This person will oversee a team of people that have responsibility for the set-up, maintenance and analysis of digital campaigns, specifically in support of the consumer-packaged goods vertical. They will need to be highly organized, detailed oriented, comfortable adapting to changing deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment. They are not averse to learning on the go – suggesting innovations or efficiencies in process, workflow and capabilities.

  • Suggest programmatic strategy and tactics that coordinate with and augment the overall media plan objectives for clients
  • Create and actively manage and optimize programmatic campaigns in Demand Side Platforms
  • Manage campaigns across programmatic mobile, display, video, & OTT
  • Actively monitor campaign KPIs via reporting
  • Produce and present engaging campaign analysis to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of planning, testing, and media optimization and management
  • Provide insight and guidance to members of the integrated media team and stay current on industry news and research


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following DSPs: Google DoubleClick Bid Manager, Adwords, Centro, and StackAdapt
  • 1-2 years of experience working on paid media campaigns, preferably in an Agency environment
  • AdWords Certified preferred
  • Previous success in the planning, development, and management of paid media campaigns for brands or products; Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing
  • Ability to analyze data and deeper understanding of measurement practices using 3rd party measurement companies and web analytics
