We are seeking a Full Time Senior Coordinator who is fluent in both English and French, to join our exciting Talent Acquisition team. The Senior Coordinator works closely with Leadership and other Talent Acquisition Coordinators in all aspects of the onboarding process. Responsible for establishing strong internal and external candidate development the Senior Coordinator will audit all pre-employment documents to ensure accurate and effective onboarding of new hires. Additionally, you will work with Leadership to evaluate open requisitions to assist in setting team priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing high-quality results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with Talent Acquisition team to ensure all fields are populated accurately and correctly to achieve full utilization of tracking system to measure all key Talent Acquisition metrics
  • Audit pre-employment and onboarding documents
  • Ensure system data integrity by auditing candidate onboarding information within the ATS
  • Frequent interaction with hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and the Talent Acquisition team to participate in the development of strategic methods and offer feedback on efficiencies and customer service
  • Provide key operational support to all levels of the Talent Acquisition team to aid in the execution of successful onboarding within the provided project timeline.
  • Assist with open requisitions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail
