Full Time Director of Corporate Compliance

We are seeking a hands-on, detail driven Full Time Director of Corporate Compliance. The Director will oversee and effectively manage the day to day operations of the Corporate Compliance Program. As the first point of contact for regulatory and compliance issues, the Director will provide advice and consultation to ensure that potential issues of noncompliance are properly evaluated, investigated and resolved in a timely manner. This position ensures that the all associates follow company policies and the rules set by regulatory agencies in order to reduce the risk of misconduct. Responsible for keeping senior management, Board, and Corporate Compliance Committees up to date, the Director will provide regular reports on the operation and progress of compliance efforts. The ideal candidate is dynamic, professional, and understands the importance upholding company policies.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Continuously develops, reviews, and updates Code of Conduct and other compliance policies 
  • Oversees a system for uniform handling of violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct
  • Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues or concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved
  • Identifies all potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk
  • Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations, to duly authorized enforcement agencies
  • Establishes and provides direction and management of the Compliance Hotline
  • Works with the Human Resources Department to develop an effective compliance training program

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or a minimum of 10 years’ experiencein healthcare management 
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive compliance experience in a healthcare environment
  • CHC certification highly desired, not required
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Demonstrated excellence in working with and managing people within an organization
