Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning: Develop workforce planning and load balancing requirements.
  • Workforce Scheduling: Ensure staffing requirements are met.
  • Communications: Develops the communication strategy and templates for communication flow, both internally and externally.
  • Permitting:  Advise business leaders on any health, safety and civic permitting requirements as needed.
  • Optimization: Work closely with business leaders (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Field Execution, etc) to maximize processes; Identify and attend approved trade exhibits, shows, and regular company field programs to develop and maintain knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required; experience in Business Administration or Operations Management preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in management, leadership, and/or operations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
  • Experience managing a team of direct and indirect reports
  • Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
  • Good interpersonal and team building skills
