Responsibilities:

  • Identifies development potential in accounts by studying clients’ current business and connecting with past clients to evaluate additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
  • Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
  • Assists in leading client programs from conception through completion by developing program proposals, managing deadlines, coordinating details, reviewing final documents, controlling costs and expenditures. 
  • Interfaces with management team and clients to recommend direction of client programs.
  • Validates program reports/invoices (Image Now and client).

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related profession such as Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in client service, program management or project management.
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Decision-making skills; analytical and research skills
