Client Manager

The Client Manager is responsible for the overall management of client relationships, projects and internal communication to achieve established revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily client communication within organization
  • Conduct business reviews with clients periodically to ensure client needs are met
  • Manage client projects to ensure client satisfaction, organization sales, and growth objectives are met
  • Cultivate effective working relationships with clients through managing client expectations
  • Analyze, adjust and manage daily objective progress
  • Develop plans to achieve Waypoint and Client revenue goals as well as incentive programs
  • Create strategic plans and objectives with clients, Client Team and Sales Operations personnel
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time

Qualifications:

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 5+ years of Foodservice sales/Client experience
  • Broker experience is preferred
  • Client Management experience is preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; Advanced Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SharePoint
