VP Fulfillment & Collateral Services

The VP Fulfillment & Collateral Services will lead planning, procurement and inventory management activities, collaboratively working with all Advantage Solutions’ business units to develop and maintain a comprehensive, robust and efficient strategy to achieve both fill rate and inventory-turn objectives. This role will create value by anticipating issues and identifying opportunities and by providing critical information, forecasts and analysis, resulting in optimal inventory management and control across the Company.

  • Develop annual business plans to continually improve warehouse performance, demand planning accuracy and supply chain reliability
  • Develop early warning indictors to highlight potential future deviations from plan
  • Shorten lead times and improve delivery performance
  • Oversee all aspects of the warehouse operations function
  • Manage maintenance for warehouse systems and buildings, including offices


  • 10+ years’ managerial experience in a progressively responsible warehouse management, strategic procurement, demand planning or retailer operations/logistics role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of forecasting and capacity planning is critical
  • Ability to be a strategic and tactical leader who is comfortable establishing, communicating and “hands-on” implementing vision and deliverables
  • Ability to develop and lead a team of professionals, distributing decision making while continually monitoring over effectiveness of individuals and the organization
  • Strong business and commercial acumen combined with outstanding negotiation/influencing expertise, strong analytical ability to identify and exploit key opportunities and highly developed communication skills
