Responsibilities:

  • Retain and grow client relationships Team leadership: Oversee Client Services team, to ensure that client business plans, retail chain coverage, and field execution is top notch and exceeds client expectations.
  • Infrastructure building: Build processes and infrastructure to enable scalable, profitable growth.
  • Strategize and drive formal client program reviews; manage to all client/contract expectations
  • Oversee and drive for timely, accurate and efficient client reporting that offers ROI and field marketing intelligence that is valuable to clients
  • Oversee management of staff priorities, workload balancing/utilization, and routine staff professional development to keep turnover at a minimum and staff morale high.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience required
  • 10 years’ work experience in sales and marketing, consumer packaged goods, or food brokerage organization
  • 10 years of successfully managing a P&L, budgeting and forecasting and managing client expectations either personally or through a team
  • Experience in Brand Management, Customer Management, Category Management and Shopper Marketing
  • Previous experience with managing direct reports; reporting directly to the VP or C-level executive.
  • Ability to exude/gain confidence & trust with clients and internal staff; Experience and comfort in client entertaining and interaction
