VP Client Services

At our Company, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! We are currently seeking a dedicated VP Client Services to be responsible for overseeing the P&L and managing the business operations function globally within the organization.  The VP Client Services leads a team focused on managing client results, contracts, pricing, profitability and overall execution of program goals. This position will also have a pivotal role in the design and management of client programs/contracts at retail chains nationwide. 

Responsibilities:

  • Retain and grow client relationships.
  • Strategize and drive formal client program reviews; manage to all client/contract expectations.
  • Develop and manage client P&L versus budget; manage client revenue and gross margin forecasts; identify, plan and budget headcount and expenses required to meet growth plans.
  • Oversee Client business(s) as well as dedicated Account Services team to ensure that client business plans are flawlessly executed.
  • Collaborate with other key stakeholders, including agency Strategy and Creative teams
  • Oversee management of staff priorities, workload balancing/utilization, employee recognition/rewards and routine staff professional development to keep turnover at a minimum and staff morale high.
  • Develop and implement business operating plans which formally identify additional business opportunities and specific ways to strengthen our service delivery with our clients.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, consumer packaged goods
  • Shopper Marketing experience in an agency setting highly desirable
  • 5-10 years of successfully managing a P&L, budgeting and forecasting and managing client expectations either personally or through a team
  • Experience working with VP or Sales level and above positions
  • Experience in Brand Management, Customer Management, Category Management a plus
  • Previous experience with managing 5+ direct reports; reporting directly to the VP or C-level executive
  • Ability to thrive in a bold, creative, entrepreneurial environment is ideal
