This role will be responsible in leading client programs from conception through completion by developing program proposals, managing deadlines, coordinating details, reviewing final documents, controlling costs and expenditures. Responsible for mentoring and training Account Manager counterparts on all aspects of the Account Manager role.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies development potential in accounts by studying clients’ current business and connecting with past clients to evaluate additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
  • Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
  • Responsible for leading client programs from conception through completion by developing program proposals, managing deadlines, coordinating details, reviewing final documents, controlling costs and expenditures. 
  • Interfaces with management team and clients to determine the direction of client programs.
  • Validates program reports/invoices (Image Now and client).
  • Overall performance management of Account Managers providing direction, guidance, and support where necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related profession such as Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience is required; MBA Degree or equivalent job-related experience is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in client service, program management or project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent customer service orientation
  • Good interpersonal and team building skills
  • Decision making, analytical and research skills
  • Knowledge of computerized information systems used in financial and/or accounting applications
