Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executives to lead and manage the agency consumer promotion and shopper marketing program deliverables within multiple Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) categories or retail channels. The primary role is to serve as a face of the agency with assigned client contact(s) during the conception, creative communications design development, retail sell-in, execution and analysis of account/brand-specific programs.

  • Research and target prospects/opportunities in the alcoholic beverage category, conduct interest building calls when applicable, and gain client interest.
  • Clearly identify client expectations and use the knowledge of alternatives to reach mutually agreed deliverables; effectively ensure deliverables are communicated to and measured by the Client Services team.
  • Gather and monitor account intelligence and document account plans and sales forecasts.
  • Develop and own assigned relationships that build a trust-based partnership with client teams, agency partners, and retail partners.
  • Craft agreements and formal documents in securing new business.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required) in Sales
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales or sales support
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment
  • Experience in the alcoholic beverage category preferred, but not required
