Senior Vice President, Client Services

Advantage Solutions is seeking an innovative thought leader to join our sales leadership team as Senior Vice President, Client Services.  This influential leader will develop and implement enterprise strategies that grow our client’s brands and businesses to deliver profitable growth by maximizing availability of their brands across multiple channels and optimizing how they are priced, positioned and promoted. Further, this innovative leader will position him/herself as a consultative partner, go-to resource that develops alternative value creation opportunities for clients across Advantage portfolio of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Win new business with existing clients by leveraging our enterprise portfolio of products and services to develop and deliver the most efficient and effective solutions to help our clients win.
  • Protect and retain portfolio of existing business by proactively developing innovative strategies to outperform and outpace regional and national competitors.
  • Provide high touch engagement at the most senior levels within the client organization.
  • Successful transition and assimilation of all new clients, to include people, process, performance and technology
  • Drive the exchange of value between Advantage, clients and customers.
  • Set and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of general/leadership experience in a sales environment, including full P&L responsibility
  • Previous experience managing a large (10+) sales force
  • Executive level presence and command skills
  • Innovative, agile, experimental
  • Strategic mindset with passion for winning
  • Experience working with major retail chains, e.g. Kroger, Walmart, Best Buy, Walgreens, and/or experience in the consumer package goods industry
  • Expert level influencing, credibility, insights and execution skills
