We are seeking a dynamic Scheduling Manager who will manage a team of Scheduling Administrators to ensure 100% workforce scheduling, staffing and coverage are in place, in order to execute assigned work.  This position works in partnership with management to deliver high-quality associates for work in their area.  The incumbent must utilize proprietary management systems, as well demonstrate strong analytic and communication skills to accomplish these tasks.

  • Regularly conduct coaching sessions with Full-Time & Part-Time associates to discuss strategies for ongoing demonstration and improvement in addition to regular visits re: Coaching/ Accountability / Motivation. Training of Full-Time & Part-Time associates in areas of store relationship building, product knowledge, and selling skills.
  • Communicate with support team within assigned District to address support issues/discrepancies, determine the appropriate mode of communicating depending on nature of the issue.
  • Conduct employee evaluations & performance reviews. Identify succession candidates to support future business growth.
  • Work with various internal software programs to ensure work is scheduled
  • Review all incoming associates to ensure they have completed training and their training completion is designated in the system
  • Partner with management, HR and other ASM departments regarding any related issues.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management required
  • 3-5 Years of experience in retail management, with hiring, managing part-time employees, demonstration or even marketing, results reporting, inventory, merchandising and training experience
  • Supervising Skills, to include Delegating Responsibility, Training, & Evaluating Performance; Ability to Direct, Lead, & Develop People
  • Strong Prioritizing Skills
  • Ability to Work Effectively with Management
