Part Time Retail Merchandiser Trainer - EPT

Our Part Time Retail Merchandiser Trainer position needs a customer service driven, tech-savvy individual to join our team. This position is responsible for performing a mixture of training, brand advocacy and light merchandising. The ideal candidate has outstanding attention to detail, a solid understanding of consumer electronics, the ability to train on/communicate key product features and benefits, and providing outstanding customer service while visiting multiple stores per day with a flexible weekday schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers and retail associates on our client’s product, merchandising products and point of sale materials.
  • Collecting data via call reports and maintaining knowledge of our client’s consumer electronic products.
  • Maintaining knowledge of our client’s consumer electronic products.
  • Attend regularly scheduled conference calls

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Basic technical knowledge a requirement, advanced technology skills and abilities is a plus
  • 1-2 years of retail sales, marketing, customer service or event promotion experience a plus
  • Must be a self-starter, energetic, results driven, committed and passionate
  • Daily Internet/email access and/or smartphone required
