We are seeking a talented Manager of Social Media to be responsible for the development and execution of cross-channel social content plans, which requires a solid understanding of social platforms, and a thorough understanding of both paid and organic social marketing. This position must heavily utilize concept and copywriting skills to collaborate with creative content producers and social media strategists to write, edit and proof copy for all types of social content. Additionally, this role must utilize social analytics tools and perform extensive research, and then articulate findings, insights and ideas to clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients’ social media presence ongoing; Plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data and research best ways to increase traffic and engagement.
  • Lead content strategy with a creative team to create timely and engaging content optimized for each platform and intended audience.
  • Work alongside PR team members to generate storytelling content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or other related field of study required or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in Social Media, social platforms, and other related areas
  • 1-5 years of social media marketing experience and knowledge of analytics software
  • Experience including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest.
  • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing, and reputation management.
