We are seeking Full Time Recruiter who is fluent in both English and French, to join our exciting team. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the recruiter works closely with hiring managers and leadership to increase candidate pipeline, conduct phone interviews and manage the hiring process. This Recruiter is responsible for utilizing the company’s ATS to engage with active and passive candidates for full and part-time positions throughout the United States & Canada. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and is able to work in a high call volume, fast-paced work environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Determine job specifications, qualifications and skills profile with hiring manager
  • Review resumes and applications for appropriate skill sets to qualify candidates
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews via the telephone daily
  • Clearly communicate expectations of the position to the candidate
  • Evaluate candidates against job requirements and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager
  • Solidify offer process and candidate acceptance
  • Manage and assist candidates with the onboarding process


  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience is required; Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Good interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
