The Director of Talent Development will lead the delivery of best in class training that drives effective sales, customer service and vendor product knowledge to our field operations associates.

  • Lead the Talent Development team to achieve our strategic priorities and unique culture.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships across key stakeholder groups to understand business priorities, enhance organizational effectiveness and reinforce our culture.
  • Develop and apply measurement tools to effectively guide our talent strategies and priorities.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for the LMS and ATS (Cornerstone and iCIMS).
  • Monitor linkage between curriculum and improved job performance; coach participants to help ensure that development translates into performance.
  • Support the team to refresh and revise learning and development programs to align with evolving business needs. Provide leadership and direction for a sustainable learning strategy using all current distance learning modalities.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree in HR, OD, or MBA strongly preferred
  • 10+ years in related Human Resources roles, with prior experience working in talent management, performance management and/or learning and development
  • Experience building and optimizing programs across diverse teams and cultures in a global organization
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables; must be able to make timely decisions
  • Creativity and a willingness to challenge existing approaches if there’s a better way
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with key executives and consult, advise and influence at all levels of the organization
