This person would manage a full team across brand and shopper media to consistently and successfully deliver the execution of complex programs. Responsibilities:

  • Act as inter-agency lead role across brand & shopper clients and multiple verticals by shaping and defining client social strategies across various social platforms
  • Service and grow existing social media clients as the client relationship lead, while expanding social agency services with new business and organic upselling growth opportunities
  • Manage direct reports (community management, paid social media, content production & strategy) and co-manage indirect creative leads with inspirational, data-driven and insightful guidance
  • Lead integrations with media, planning and analytics agency counterparts to drive seamless ideas and activations
  • Own all billing, revenue and projection documentations and process (utilization reports, SOW building and financial reconciliations)
  • Grow and maintain healthy relationships as social leader throughout the vendor community, client leadership teams, and internal agency leadership
  • Develop talent and properly delegate while balancing need to “dig in” and help when necessary

Qualifications:

-Must-haves

  • 7+ years working within social media
  • 2-3+ years’ experience managing direct reports
  • Natural ability to create and present social strategies to client teams across verticals
  • Comfortable with working both up and down in a scrappy, fast-paced environment that is constantly adapting and molding to client needs & new opportunities
  • Experience working from concept-to-production for social-specific or overall brand photoshoots
  • Experience briefing teams with social insights and relevant inspiration
  • Up-to-date knowledge on the latest social platform innovation, capabilities and best-in-class execution
  • Understanding of social advertising ad units, optimizations and reporting outputs (Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Experience working with Social Listening tools such as Simply Measured, NetBase or Crimson Hexagon
  • Ability to support and lead measurement / analytics reporting and interpretation of social media data for purposes of optimization & refined strategies
