We are seeking a highly talented Digital Ad Operations Manager responsible for leading digital execution processes across extensive digital campaigns and clients. This person would work seamlessly with media, social, analytics and account services team members and be the leader to ensure flawless digital campaign execution as it relates to digital advertising and corresponding website activities and analytics. Responsibilities:

  • Lead oversight and implementation of backend digital media trafficking, tagging and QA processes
  • Lead in troubleshooting known or suspected problems with the tagging/tracking technology used in implemented projects
  • Management of Technology relationships across various operation systems, insights tools and discovery systems
  • Work with Media Team to ensure trafficking, campaign optimizations, troubleshooting and reporting are being managed
  • Work with analytics team on tagging and ensuring site journey and tagging structure is fully mapped to campaign goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and equivalent experience required
  • 2-4 years experience in Ad Operations
  • Highly detail oriented, obsessed with accuracy, a strong critical thinker and able to juggle multiple tasks/clients
  • Strong experience with Doubleclick Campaign Manager, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) experience desired
  • VVF vendor experience (viewability, verification and fraud prevention)
  • Ability to Visualize & Plan Objectives & Goals Strategically
  • Track Record of Building & Maintaining Customer/Client Relationships
