We are seeking a dynamic Customer Development Coordinator (CDC) who will be responsible for administrative activities related to assigned clients.  The CDC works closely with Business Managers, Account contacts and other support personnel.  The CDC’s main responsibilities include maintenance of accurate customer plans, manage price files including list and deal pricing, and promotion forms management; s/he assists with performing administrative activities, and facilitates problem resolution by maintaining communication and serving as a liaison to Business Managers, customer service personnel, and other support staff.

  • Administrative: supports and resolves administrative activities by maintaining communication flow and serving as a liaison to Business Managers.
  • Client and Customer Interaction: understanding and communication of policies and procedures.
  • Collections: assists Business Development Managers with repayments and receivables.


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years applicable work experience preferably in consumer packaged goods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate
  • Mathematical and analytical skills needed
