Compliance Specialist Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly dynamic Compliance Specialist Talent Acquisition who will administer the Company’s policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. This role is tasked with maintaining and analyzing hiring practices and related data. This position will also provide support in connection with Talent Acquisition’s Onboarding process. You are detailed oriented and interested in administering policies and procedures related to hiring practices for our new hires.

  • Audit the process errors and document findings to support Talent Acquisition
  • Review and approve Federal Form I-9s, and resolve issues
  • Assist with processing pre-adverse and adverse letters for candidates and associates who fail screenings
  • Fix Onboarding issues to ensure local, state, and federal compliance
  • Process the hiring of candidates through the company’s Applicant Tracking System 
  • Accurately and completely maintain confidential records and track information using Company and vendor systems.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a professional office environment  
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience preferred
  • Keen attention to detail; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with internal contacts at all levels of the organization as well as external contacts (such as vendors and medical personnel)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to quickly and accurately input, review, organize, and analyze data
