Quiverr, a division of Advantage Solutions, is looking to add to their Qrew! Quiverr focuses on brand management and optimization within the online marketplace and we are in search of a stellar Client Services Manager! At Quiverr we’ve developed a program which allows us to optimize and grow sales for brands on Amazon. The Client Services Manager will drive success for Quiverr’s brands and leverage key learnings/feedback to improve the Amazon experience for Brands and Customers. A successful CSM is a rare combination of good conversation and technical prowess, you aren’t afraid of computers, you find spreadsheets liberating, you strive to keep your inbox at zero! You will be using your people skills and technical abilities to help major brands build their presence on Amazon. You must also provide a high level of service to executive level client representatives and team members and assisting the organization in achieving a service excellence culture.

  • Work closely with clients to develop and execute Amazon strategy
  • Engage in uploading the client’s catalog of products on to the Amazon marketplace
  • Frequently communicate with multiple clients regarding their Amazon strategy. This will mostly be through email, but does include in person and phone contact
  • Coordinate with Quiverr’s operations team to ensure advertising, purchase orders, copy, and listing creation are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide update emails to clients that detail key success metrics like sales, Amazon reviews, and advertising performance
  • Monitor all product SKUs to ensure listings are always optimized and initiate support cases when listings are broken or not showing correctly


  • College Degree or five years of relevant experience
  • Previous Account/Client Management experience in a technical environment
  • Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
  • Proven ability to operate within cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Proficient in MS Office – (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Drive
  • Amazon, Etsy or Ebay seller experience or digital agency experience a plus
