CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

This Client Service Manager will be responsible for project development, budget management, execution monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and invoicing. RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Project Management duties including: event program tracking, timeline development and management, budget management, pre- and post-promotional analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop effective client and retailer relations to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments to ensure that deliverables are successfully achieved.
  • Responsible for monitoring and adjusting project budgets and billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Responsible for over site of timeline revisions.
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions on behalf of company strategy.
  • Effectively communicate project KPI’s to stakeholders throughout the business

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in applicable field (i.e. CPG industry, sales and marketing agency, Customer, or Client)
  • Possess negotiation, project management and research, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker and self-starter who is able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Preferred: PMP certified or equivalent experience
