Responsibilities:

  • Project Management duties including tracking and managing programs and timelines from development through execution and final analysis.
  • Develop stellar interdepartmental, cross-functional relationships with leaders throughout the company and cross-sell internal capabilities and services.
  • Determine project scope and components based on objectives, including concept, event, tactics, associated costs, budgets, projected revenue and timelines.
  • Own synthesizing the “sales story” into a presentation for various different audiences (vendors, retailers, leadership) utilizing strategic inputs and planning tools, historical performance data, syndicated data and consumer/industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the market research and analytics, strategy, client services, and finance and business operations teams throughout program development, execution, and post analysis.
  • Manage the creative development process, ensuring concept, graphic design, and copy elements are completed with the appropriate strategy, communication priorities, and client approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in consumer the product goods industry, brand management or agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and utilizing cross-functional relationships with stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects with conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships.
  • Working knowledge of syndicated data with strong sales presentation and development skills
